Agreement
By using Ma'arij, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Rights that cannot be limited by law still apply.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in details, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. Children who cannot consent on their own under local law need permission from a parent or guardian for online features.
Acceptable Use
Do not harass others, expose personal information, manipulate matches, exploit bugs, evade safety controls, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access. You remain responsible for Fawa'id notes and other content you publish, and permit Qaaf Systems to display that content inside Ma'arij. We may hide or remove content that breaks these terms or the Safety Rules.
Educational Content
Ma'arij provides educational questions, citations, and study tools. Content can contain mistakes and does not replace advice from a qualified scholar or professional.
Ownership
Qaaf Systems and its licensors retain their rights in the app and its content. You may use Ma'arij for personal use, but may not copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute it without permission.
Availability and Accounts
Features may change or become unavailable. We may restrict or close accounts when needed for safety, legal compliance, or service integrity. You can request account deletion through the app or the Account Deletion page.
