Delete Your Ma'arij Account
Close your account in the app or ask Qaaf Systems for help.
Request in the App
- Open Ma'arij and sign in.
- Open Profile, then Settings.
- Open Account and select Delete Account.
- Review the notice and submit the request.
The app signs you out after the request is accepted. Qaaf Systems verifies and processes the deletion request.
Request Help
If you cannot access the app, email [email protected] from the address linked to your account. We will verify the request before deletion.
What Deletion Does
After processing, deletion removes your account, public profile, social connections, online progress, Plus learning records, and notification registration. Limited tombstoned records may remain when needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal obligations, diagnostics, or match integrity. They no longer expose your deleted profile and are kept only as long as needed for those purposes.
Remove Device Data
To remove offline progress stored on a device, reset progress, clear the app's storage, or uninstall Ma'arij.
